Since November, he has toured campuses at powerhouses like Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, Ohio State, and Texas. Notably, he made two unofficial trips to Miami during the season, marking them as serious contenders ahead of his commitment. The Hurricanes are increasingly seen as frontrunners as Jacobs navigates his decision.
Georgia offers natural appeal as its in-state school, plus it holds significant personal connections for Jacobs. He is a legacy at the university, with his father, David, having played defensive line and his mother, Desiree, a former basketball player there.
